Grenoble It is a beautiful city nestled in a valley of stunning mountains. They are the appendix of the Alps. From here, an extensive mountain range unfolds until it reaches the top of Mont Blanc.

There are two airports relatively close to the city of Grenoble. On the one hand we have the fleet of Ryanair planes that operate at the airport of Saint etienne. It is approximately 45 kilometers away and there is the usual shuttle bus that will leave you in the city. It also offers bus services to get directly to places where you can settle near the ski resorts in the Alps such as Chamonix or Alp d'Huez.

On the other hand we have the airport of Lyon Saint-Exupéry. From here, most international airlines such as Air France and their affiliated companies depart through their regional flights. From the same airport depart shuttle buses through the Satobus company to Lyon and also direct to Grenoble. The ticket to Lyon leaves for 8.90 euros the round trip and 14 euros the round trip and the journey takes about half an hour.

The journey from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport to Grenoble is operated by the Faure Vercors company. The one-way ticket leaves for 20 euros. They depart from the Grenoble bus station every hour on the spot and from the airport there are regular services to the city.

From both destinations, the buses will leave you at the bus station next to the city's train station. To get to the center you have about 10 or 15 minutes walking east or a couple of tram stops with line A.
