A few weeks ago I was lucky to be able to visit the Rioja town of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and the Carlos Moro Winery, located a short distance from the urban center of San Vicente.
The trip, although he had wine as the main protagonist, was also a discovery of the landscapes and cultural heritage of this beautiful area of northern La Rioja.
San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Briñas, Briones or Labastida They are just some of the cozy and beautiful towns where you can establish your base of operations to enjoy the following cultural and outdoor activities that I recommend.

With a little less than 16 kilometers in length and a cumulative slope that barely touches 40 meters, The Ebro Trail is one of the best, and easiest, walks you can enjoy in the area.
You can start from the same center of the small town of Briñas. There, in the Plaza de la Constitución, the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption He has been the owner and mistress of everything since the 17th century, capturing the sights of locals and tourists with his impressive art of stalls.

From there, you must take the path that runs along the waters of the Ebro, which flow here meekly, to the delight of the ducks and swans that splash happily in them.
