Los salgados: my favorite snack on my trip to Brazil

You can order baked goods or fried and they have different ingredients, the most common being chicken or meat. There were days that were our food on the beach along with some of the wonderful juices of watermelon, mango, strawberry or any other tropical mezca that tasted like glory under the Brazilian sun.

The philosophy of the outgoing is something out of the ordinary. There are dozens of boats or sandwiches that sell anything and, of course, out. It is the common denominator of any food place worth its salt. They sell it in all coffee shops and juice stores, in street stalls, street vendors who cook under the sun on the beach. They are almost as omnipresent as the flags of Brazil in the wind that you can see in this country so proud of its beauty and joy.

Now that I've lived it, I share that pride. Long live Brazil! I will be back.
